Blueridge Trip

On September 20 the Walker 8th grade class went to Camp Blueridge for a field trip. The trip proved to be great fun and a good learning environment. Some of the highlights of the trip were the High Ropes Course, Geo Cacheing, and Rafting. We rafted on the Chatooga river section 3 (The setting for the movie Deliverance). It proved to be a perfect river for some excitement and opportunities to get in the water and swim. In the calm waters of the river, kids could get out of their boats and attack the other boats.
